Yep, needed a long wheel arch van at short notice to pick up a sofa. Riverside van quoted me over the phone on Friday, told me they were competitive, and they are. I picked up the van next day, 10am on saturday, and after usual paperwork stuff, set off, collected the sofa and was back at the depot by 2pm. Job done. Good service. Thanks Jim.

Great service great customer service the man in office is very friendly he helps whenever you need to collect and check out . He even came on Sunday to collect the van , I am very delighted because no one hire a van at such cheap price . I took the van on Sunday and returned the same day no problem or any hassle , I recommend this office and give it 5 stars.

Great customer service, really friendly staff and the whole process was simple from start to finish. The van was a little rickety but what do you expect for £50! Would recommend.

After going around a number of places that didn't have a van big enough for our needs we came to Half Day Van Hire. /Riverside Van Hire West London The process of hiring was simple and straight forward. The cost was less than the other companies had quoted. The vehicle was in excellent condition and surprisingly economical on disel and the service was great. Will definitely use again.

I have used, and will continue to use this company for van hire with NO complaints The customer service is second to none, the vehicles good, and the prices great. *They worked with me to supply a vehicle that suited MY needs *The check in/check out damage checks were thorough which was reassuring as I knew there was no chance of getting billed for any previous scratches etc... Its refreshing to learn that there are still businesses out there that put the CUSTOMER first.....Thanks

I used riverside as they are local to me and I'm glad I did the guy I dealt with (Jim) is a real lovely guy that goes out his way to help the van I used did the job needed of it with no problems at all will recommend to others to use and will be renting again!!!!

Very good rental for cheaper ! To be recommended I used riverside on a Saturday and I got a large van for the day at £50. (smaller vans were actually even cheaper but all booked) The few vans I have seen all looked quite recent and very clean. I was happy to use their service. Owner is very nice. Will use them again.
